Here you will find all the booking information for the apartment house Kardona. The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
Dear guests,
We want to make your stay as relaxed as possible, but also as safe as possible. In order for you to enjoy a carefree time here, we attach great importance to hygiene.
BookingINFORMATION
For a binding reservation (only possible in written form) we ask you to make an advance payment as agreed.
Important: Please include the address of the person who made the reservation. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a binding and valid reservation confirmation.
For stays of 1-3 days, we charge a short stay surcharge of 10%.
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply to cancellations.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price as a cancellation fee.
From 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the tour price.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked holiday price.

The Silvretta-Card Premium is included in the room price.
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:00 am.
There is one free parking space for each apartment. For apartments for 4-5 peoples, there are two free parking spaces included.
We charge a one-time final cleaning fee of € 20.00 per person and apartment.
The local tax of € 3,00 (from 15 years) per person and day will be charged separately.
Only cash and payments with bank card possible!
Pets are not allowed at the Kardona.
