For a binding reservation (only possible in written form) we ask you to make an advance payment as agreed.

Important: Please include the address of the person who made the reservation. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a binding and valid reservation confirmation.

For stays of 1-3 days, we charge a short stay surcharge of 10%.

Cancellations are subject to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry.

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price as a cancellation fee.
From 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the tour price.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked travel price.

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:00 am.

There is one free parking space for each apartment. For apartments for 4-5 peoples, there are two free parking spaces included.

We charge a one-time final cleaning fee of € 20.00 per person and apartment.

The local tax of € 3,00 (from 15 years) per person and day will be charged separately.

Only cash and payments with bank card possible!

Pets are not allowed at the Kardona.
